DRIVE THRU PICK UP


Orion Springfield Central is committed to providing you with a quick trip to the 'shops' via our Drive Thru service. 

If you’re looking to stock up on fresh food, health products or toys for the little ones but want to limit your time, we have the answer for you! You don’t even need to get out of your car!

 

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?


1. SELECT what you want to order from a range of our favourite stores and add to cart
2. PAYon the online marketplace via credit card.
3. PICK UP via our drive thru between 10am - 12pm on Tuesday to Friday and 3pm - 5pm on Monday to Friday.

 

DRIVE THRU (Order Collection)

Where: Loading Dock 1 off Southern Cross Circuit (behind Woolworths Mall)

Time: Between 10am - 12pm on Tuesday to Friday and 3pm - 5pm on Monday to Friday.
When parked in a collection bay, simply confirm your arrival by messaging 0437 779 365 with your surname and registration number.

Q: Where is the Collection Drive Thru located?
A: Entry to the Loading Dock 1 can be accessed on Southern Cross Circuit. Also opposite the Lagoon, behind Woolworths Mall. 

Q: What hygiene measures are implemented?
A: All staff will be wearing gloves and the storage units and service areas will be sanitised regularly.

Q: Can I pay on the spot?
A: No cash exchange on the day of pick up. Customers must prepay online prior to collecting their goods.

Q: When can I collect via Drive Thru?
A: Order collection will be available at any time between 10am - 12pm on Tuesday to Friday and 3pm - 5pm on Monday to Friday.

Q: Do I need to get out of the car upon collection?
A: No, we ask that customers remain in their car to collect goods (customers can get out to open the boot if required). When parked in a collection bay, simply confirm your arrival by messaging 0437 779 365 with your surname and registration number. As soon as customers have received their goods, we ask for you to keep moving to make the service as efficient as possible for all
