    Customer Service Information

    The Orion Springfield Central Customer Service Desk is located in Target Mall, opposite Chocolateria San Churro. Our friendly team will be able to assist with directions, in centre services and events. 

    Centre Management
    The Centre Management office is located above the Food Court. Access is available via the lift or stairs adjacent to the Food Court.

    Lost Property
    Please check with the Customer Service Desk for all lost property by calling 07 3226 7333 or visiting the Desk next time you're in the centre.

    Disability Services and Facilities
    Orion Springfield Central has facilities and equipment to assist customers with limited mobility to make their way comfortably around the centre. 

    Mobility Equipment
    Motorised scooters, prams and manual wheelchairs are available as a complimentary service from the Orion Springfield Central Customer Service Desk. Upon hire, our Customer Service Team will take a copy of your current Driver’s Licence or Photo ID and contact number.

    Free Justice of the Peace Service
    Our free JP Service is available each Tuesday between 9:00am and 10:00am, Thursday between 6:00pm and 8:00pm and Saturday between 10:00am and 12:00pm. The Justice of the Peace is located in the Target Mall outside Ollie's Place.

    Community Room

    Orion Springfield Central has a Community Room available to hire for group events. The facility can accommodate up to 50 people in theatre style or up to 25 people in teaching style. Equipped with an in house kitchenette for preparation of catering or alternatively, you can contact one of our retailers to supply catering. For more information on our Community Room or to make a booking, call us on 07 3226 7333.

    A bus interchange is conveniently located behind Aldi and Spotlight in the Lower Ground Carpark, with Westside bus services including routes 526, 534 and 522.

    Springfield Central Train Station is also located within easy walking distance from the centre.

    Yellow Cabs are also offering their services to the community of Springfield and surrounding areas, with a taxi rank in operation outside ANZ Bank and Orion Hotel.

    Parents Rooms:
    Our Parents Room is well equipped to assist you in caring for your toddler or baby. There are private feeding rooms, microwave and nappy change area, child size toilet and a socialising area for both parents and children, including a children's play area. The room has also been awarded 5 stars for its breastfeeding facilities from the Australian Breastfeeding Association.

    The Parents Room is located on the lower ground level and on the South end of Town Walk opposite JB Hi-Fi Home.

    Where are the electric vehicle charging stations located?
    The charging stations are located in the underground car park. 

    How much does it cost to charge your vehicle?
    Nothing. Our electric vehicle charging stations are complimentary for customers.

    How long can I charge my vehicle?
    Customers are welcome to use the charging stations for as long as they wish. 

    What hours are the charging stations available?
    The charging stations will be available to customers during the car park opening times.

    How many of charging station do you have?
    Three.

    The charging station won’t work for me, who can help? 
    The centre management team will be able to assist with any faults in the first instance. If you have any questions or require assistance, please text 0437 779 365.

    What types of vehicles can use the charging stations?
    We have both Type One and Type Two connectors on the cables so you can charge regardless of manufacturer. These are on the white charging pods. The grey charging units are Tesla Type Two and should be used only by Tesla vehicles.

    Do I need to provide our own adapters?
    No, you can leave yours in the boot. While there is a move toward a single connector type in Australia there will always be at least 1 x Type One and 1 x Type Two cables onsite.

    Do I need to register my details anywhere?
    No need to register your details anywhere, our charging stations are free for you to use without having to download any apps.

    Access free WiFi at Orion Springfield Central for 3 hours (180 minutes) or 1GB of free data every day* by simply following these instructions:

    1. Ensure your wireless enabled device is turned on and has its wireless signal activated
    2. Go to the Activate Wireless Network Connection List
    3. Select “OrionFreeWiFi” from the list. Note: you may need to select “Connect”
    4. On the welcome screen enter your details and select “Connect to WiFi”. By connecting to the WiFi you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Mirvac’s Privacy Policy
